Autumn is a great time to release stress and to take time for yourself. But slowing down is not exactly the easiest thing when you're home and busy with everyday life. So take a few days off from your daily routine and join us for a 4-day Yoga retreat in the peaceful surrounding of the Slovenian Alps!
Start softly into the day with a guided morning meditation. Get into a gentle flow Yoga class that will leave you feeling centred and energized. Take a good dose of me time during the day, either being active in nature or relaxing at the Eco Wellness Spa with panoramic views of the Slovenian Alps. In the afternoon, join optional hiking trips or Ayurveda sessions if you like. In the evening, slow down in a releasing Yoga session. Leave feeling calmer and stronger and ready to beat the November blues!
Whether you are a beginner who would like to get deeper into Yoga or an advanced Yogi wanting to develop a more personal practice, all levels are welcome. Our aim is to support you to find your own Yoga, your personal space.

In her teaching, Anja combines energetic movements with mindful breathing and meditation exercises. Anja’s classes are meant to build strength & balance with the aim to help you find your own way to de-stress.
Anja came to appreciate the diversity of Yoga and its physical & mental effects during her years living in Asia. With a corporate career in International Sales Management, Yoga quickly became the appropriate compensation for extensive travel schedules & long working hours - the space in between.
Over the past seven years, Anja participated in various international Yoga & meditation trainings on Bali, Sri Lanka, California and Germany. She continuously travels the world to integrate new elements of the Yoga philosophy into her classes.
