Yoga is not an ancient myth buried in oblivion, but a precious heritage of the present that can be integrated into everyday life. Because Ayurveda and yoga are interconnected, Hotel Plesnik hosts a number of yoga workshops and classes throughout the year, which you can attend on your own or as part of Ayurvedic packages.
As with Ayurveda, we have gone one step further with yoga at Hotel Plesnik and developed the so-called Plesnik Yoga, characterised by an incredible yoga practice which takes advantage of the beautiful natural surroundings of the Logar Valley. It is practiced in combination with meditation, which is considered the most relaxing technique in yoga and requires constant practice.
