Dayal Joy

Dayal originally comes from India. He is an expert in Ayurveda and a certified yoga instructor. He is passionate about classical hatha yoga and therefore places a strong emphasis on authentic yoga styles. His yoga workshops include in-depth information on practice, postures and breathing.

 

Ayurveda and yoga are sister disciplines, sharing the same Vedic roots, and Dayal Joy combines the two to enable his clients to regain harmony and connection with nature.

 

Anja Jetter

Anja Jetter is a yoga teacher who combines energetic movement with mindful breathing and meditation exercises in her yoga classes. Her classes are aimed at building strength and finding the balance in life.

 

She spent several years in Asia, where she learned about the diversity of yoga and the impact it has on one's physical and mental well-being. Since then she has participated in various international yoga workshops and trainings in Bali, Sri Lanka, California and Germany.

 

She is constantly travelling and improving her knowledge and understanding of yoga, which she successfully incorporates into her workshops.

 

Tjaša and Tomo

Tjaša and Tomo are a couple who shares their passion for yoga. They have been gaining their yoga knowledge both in Slovenia and abroad. Their yoga is a blend of masculine and feminine energy, regularity, rigor and precision, and at the same time gentleness, softness and allowing body contact, which we find with Saba. They follow the tradition of the Iyengar lineage. This style of yoga is characterised by the use of aids to support, assist and correct the asanas. Great emphasis is placed on the correct execution of the posture. Savasana - relaxation - always follows at the end.
