PAYMENT

To guarantee your reservation, a valid payment or credit card is required, or a prepayment of 100% of the reservation amount. The guest’s credit card will be charged the total amount of the stay on the day of booking.
We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
Advance payments for guests without a credit card can be made via the company bank account (TRR), no later than 3 days before check-in.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 2 PM to 10 PM
Check-out: until 10:00 AM
On the day of arrival, the hotel will hold the room until 10:00 PM. Guests arriving later must inform the hotel in advance, no later than 10:00 PM on the day of arrival. Otherwise, the hotel is not obligated to hold the room, and no-show fees may apply.

PARK

Hotel Plesnik offers its guests free parking directly at the hotel.
The parking lot is spacious and suitable for cars and electric vehicles. Charging stations for electric vehicles are available.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is not included in the room price:
- Adults (18 years and over): €2.50 per night
- Children 7–16.99 years: €1.25 per night
- Children up to 6.99 years: tax-free
When booking via email, telephone or other channels, please indicate the actual number of guests staying in the room.
Guests are requested to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM in the rooms and all common areas.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

Guests must present a valid photo ID (national identity card or passport). Check-in is not possible without this.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION FEES

Groups:

Individual guests:

Cancellations can only be submitted via email.
Free cancellation if you notify us 7 days or more before arrival.
Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the first night will be charged (for reservations of 1-2 nights).
For reservations of 3 nights or more: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
During peak season (June–September and New Year’s holidays), the full deposit amount will be charged for cancellations. Refunds are not possible during this period.
To confirm the reservation, credit card details or a 30% deposit are required.

Hotel Plesnik is a non-smoking hotel.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A cleaning fee of €100 will be charged for violations.
Smoking is permitted outdoors: on the terrace or in front of the main or rear entrance.

BREAKFAST AND RESTAURANT

HOTEL OWNERSHIP

Guests are required to treat hotel property with care, as if it were their own. Costs for damage or loss will be charged.

DATA PROTECTION

The hotel complies with applicable data protection regulations.
Guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in. The following information will be recorded: first and last name, date of birth, gender, and nationality. The same information is required for accompanying guests.
The data is used for booking, payment and legal reporting obligations (Ajpes).
Credit card number and validity period will also be checked at check-in.
