Payment

• To guarantee your reservation, a valid payment or credit card is required, or an advance payment of 100 % of the reservation. The guest’s card will be charged for the full amount of the stay on the day of booking.
• We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
• Advance payment for guests without a credit card can be made via the company’s bank account (TRR), no later than 3 days before check-in.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00 to 22:00
• Check-out: until 10:00
• On the day of arrival, the hotel will hold the room until 22:00. Guests arriving later must inform the hotel in advance, no later than 22:00 on the day of arrival. Otherwise, the hotel is not obliged to hold the room and may charge no-show fees.

Parking

• Hotel Plesnik offers free parking for guests directly at the hotel.
• The parking area is spacious and suitable for cars and electric vehicles. Charging stations for electric vehicles are available.

Tourist Tax

• Tourist tax is not included in the room price:
  • Adults (18+): €2.50 per night
  • Children 7–16.99 years: €1.25 per night
  • Children up to 6.99 years: exempt
• When booking via email, phone, or other channels, please indicate the actual number of guests staying in the room.
• Guests are asked to respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00 in rooms and all common areas.

Check-in Requirements

• Guests must present a valid photo ID (ID card or passport). Check-in is not possible without it.

Reservation Confirmation and Cancellation Fees

Groups:

• 30–28 days before arrival: 25 % cancellation fee
• 27–8 days before arrival: 50 % cancellation fee
• 7–2 days before arrival: 65 % cancellation fee
• 2–1 day before arrival: 80 % cancellation fee
• On the day of arrival: 100 % cancellation fee

Individual Guests:

• Cancellations can only be submitted by email.

• Free cancellation by either the guest or the hotel is possible if made 7 days or more prior to arrival.

• For cancellations made by the guest less than 7 days before arrival:

  • For reservations of 1–2 nights, 100% of the first night’s stay will be charged.

  • For reservations of 3 nights or more, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total reservation value.

• During the high season (June–September and the New Year holiday period), any cancellation by the guest results in the loss of the entire deposit. No deposit refunds are available during this period.
• In the event that the hotel cancels the reservation less than 7 days before arrival, the hotel will refund the deposit in full and assist the guest in finding alternative accommodation.
• To confirm the reservation, guests must provide valid credit card details or pay a 30% deposit. The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of one of these forms of guarantee.

Supplements and Discounts for Extra Beds

• Baby cots: free of charge
• Children 0–3 years: free
• Children 3–12 years: 50 % discount on extra bed

Additional Hotel Services

• Available on request and subject to availability: e-bicycle, massage, yoga, meditation, etc.

Pets

• Pets up to 25 kg are allowed.
• Additional daily fee: €27

Smoking

• Hotel Plesnik is a non-smoking hotel.
• Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Violation incurs a €100 cleaning fee.
• Guests may smoke outside: on the terrace or in front of the main or rear entrance.

Wellness area

• The wellness area is only open for children until 17:00.

Breakfast and Restaurant

• Breakfast: 07:00 – 10:00 (buffet)
• Room service available until 22:00
• Restaurant open daily until 22:00

Hotel Property

• Guests are obliged to take care of hotel property as their own. Costs for damage or loss will be charged.

Data Protection

• The hotel complies with data protection regulations.
• Upon check-in, guests must present a valid photo ID. Information collected: name, surname, date of birth, gender, and citizenship. The same information is required for accompanying guests.
• Data is used for booking, payment, and legal reporting (Ajpes).
• Credit card number and validity will also be checked at check-in.
