01 Can we tailor our event to match our theme or business goals?
Yes. Together we design the event concept, timeline and setting – from room layout and culinary offer to additional activities such as teambuilding, wellness, guided tours or nature-based experiences. Every event is created individually.
02What types of spaces are available for events?
We offer elegant indoor spaces with natural light, a terrace with panoramic views, a meadow beside the hotel and selected locations in nature. Spaces can be adapted for small meetings, larger groups, intimate weddings or multi-day retreats.
03Can you organise a multi-day event with full accommodation?
Of course. Multi-day events are our specialty. We take care of accommodation, meals, additional activities and logistics, allowing you and your group to focus fully on the content of your event.
04What about gastronomy?
We can prepare everything – from business lunches and tasting menus to wellness cuisine and wedding dinners. Our chefs create dishes using local and seasonal ingredients, tailored to the wishes and dietary needs of your guests.
05Is technical support included in event organization?
Yes. We provide basic technical equipment (projection, sound system, presentation tools). For more advanced requirements, we work with trusted partners. Our team ensures the event runs smoothly.
06Can wellness and outdoor activities be integrated into the event?
Absolutely. Morning yoga, meditation, guided walks, sound baths, sauna sessions or individual treatments are popular additions to business events, retreats and weddings. The program can be fully adapted to your concept.

After an initial conversation, we prepare a proposal, room layout and offer. Once the concept is confirmed, our team coordinates every detail. On the day of the event, we are at your side throughout.

Our spaces are flexible. Business events can host small groups or medium-sized teams, while weddings and celebrations can take place indoors or outdoors – from intimate ceremonies to festivities for several dozen guests. We advise the optimal solution based on your enquiry.
10Is it possible to hold an outdoor event?
Yes. The surroundings of Plesnik offer magical natural locations – the meadow by the hotel, the viewing terrace, the Alpine garden and hidden spots near the Palenk waterfall. Outdoor settings are ideal for weddings, receptions, teambuilding and wellness retreats.
11How do you handle adverse weather conditions for outdoor events?
Together we prepare a backup indoor option that ensures an equally comfortable and aesthetically pleasing experience.
12Do you offer photography, decoration or music for weddings and celebrations?
Upon request, we connect guests with trusted local partners – photographers, florists, musicians and décor designers. Fully personalised decoration is also possible.
13Is it possible to organise nature-based teambuilding activities?
Yes. We offer guided hikes to the waterfall, mindfulness activities, herbal workshops, forest bathing, team games or panoramic walks. The programme is tailored to your team’s goals.
14Can the event include wellness treatments or private use of wellness facilities?
Yes. We can arrange individual treatments for participants or organise private wellness sessions by prior agreement.
