Indoor wellness designed for peaceful renewal

Our wellness areas invite you to slow down and reconnect with the natural calm of the valley. Warm pools, soothing saunas and tranquil relaxation lounges create an atmosphere where the body unwinds and the mind finds clarity. Every detail is shaped by comfort, gentle rhythms and the surrounding Alpine landscape.

Calm outdoor spaces inspired by the valley

01Do I need to book wellness treatments in advance?

Yes. We recommend booking ahead so we can secure your preferred time and the therapist best suited to your wishes and chosen treatment.

We suggest eating lightly beforehand and arriving at least 10–15 minutes early to settle in. No special preparation is required – the most important thing is to arrive relaxed and without time pressure.

Hotel guests enjoy complimentary access to the indoor massage pool, saunas, relaxation areas and the outdoor natural pond, where swimming is also possible. The exclusive barefoot Kneipp path leading to the Palenk waterfall is likewise exclusively reserved for hotel guests.

The wellness spaces are primarily designed for peace and relaxation. Children may use the pool during designated hours, while the saunas are intended for adults. Families may also enjoy the natural outdoor pond.

Yes. We are happy to help you design a personalised wellness programme that may include a sequence of massages, Ayurvedic treatments, sauna visits and relaxation rituals. We recommend allowing enough rest time between treatments.

Duration depends on the type of treatment. Individual therapies typically last between 45 and 90 minutes, while holistic rituals and detox programs can take longer. You will receive the exact schedule when booking.

The pond is open from spring to early autumn, when the water temperature allows for pleasant and safe swimming. In winter it remains accessible as a peaceful place to relax and connect with nature, but swimming is not recommended.

Our therapists are professionally trained, but we kindly ask you to inform us of any health conditions in advance so we can adapt the treatment or recommend the most suitable service.

Some treatments are very suitable for pregnant women, while others are not recommended. Please inform us of your pregnancy and wellbeing before arrival so we can select safe and relaxing options for you.
