Processors of Personal Data
We cooperate with external service providers who act as processors of personal data. They process data on our behalf for the purpose of obtaining reservations, providing analytical and marketing services, improving services and user experience, etc.
Cubilis Booking Engine
We use the Cubilis Booking Engine by Lighthouse Intelligence Ltd. for the collection and processing of direct online accommodation reservations. SENDPULSE Email Software
To process newsletter subscriptions and send promotional newsletters, we use the SendPulse and ZOHO Campaigns platforms provided by SendPulse Inc. How We Collect Your Personal Data
We handle all your personal data with the highest level of care. All personal data obtained from users of the website are private and confidential.
We collect personal data through:
- The online booking form, where the user enters all data relevant to the reservation and execution of the requested service.
- The newsletter subscription form.
- In person at the hotel reception during guest check-in.
- Automatic collection of technical data (e.g., IP address) for security or technical reasons.
IP addresses collected for newsletter subscription serve only as proof of consent.
In all other cases, IP addresses are not associated with identifiable individuals, and website users remain anonymous.

What Personal Data Are Collected?
In the booking form:
- First and last name, telephone number, email address, country
- Company details (if booking is made on behalf of a company)
- Credit card details (type, cardholder name, card number, expiration date)
- Guest stay details: arrival/departure dates, selected services, offers, preferences
- Optional newsletter subscription checkbox
Newsletter form:
- First name, last name, email address, preferred language, date and time of subscription, IP address
Event inquiry form:
- All event-related information (contact details, event details, accommodation needs, additional service requirements)
Hotel check-in at reception:
- Guest’s full name, nationality, date of birth, type of identification document, ID number
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Personal data collected in the booking form are used to process reservations and for communication necessary for service provision, including transactional emails.
Data from the newsletter subscription form are used for sending promotional materials about our offers via SendPulse. Name and language preferences are used to personalize the experience.
Data collected via event inquiry forms are used to prepare offers for events, meetings, or conferences.
Data collected upon hotel check-in are used to fulfil legal obligations.
Legal Basis for Processing
- Booking form: fulfilment of controller’s legal obligations
- Newsletter subscription: explicit consent
- Event inquiries: fulfilment of contractual obligations
- Reception check-in: fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations
Retention Period of Personal Data
Personal data are stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected or until the individual withdraws consent. Upon written withdrawal, data are deleted.
Video Surveillance
Plesnik d.o.o. performs video surveillance of entrances, exits, and surrounding areas of its facilities at Logarska Dolina 10, 3335 Solčava.
Video surveillance is conducted for the purpose of ensuring the safety of persons, protecting property, safeguarding business premises, controlling access, and investigating criminal acts (legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Articles 76+ of ZVOP-2).
Recordings are stored for a minimum of 20 days and a maximum of one year.
Video surveillance does not involve unusual processing, nor are recordings transferred to third countries. Live monitoring is enabled.
