Harmony of Strings is a unique team experience that uses music to inspire teamwork, trust and connection. In less than two hours, a group with no previous musical experience is transformed into a string orchestra, ready to perform a piece of music together.
Each participant receives an instrument – a violin or viola – and, guided by an experienced music tutor, learns the basic techniques of playing. The group then works in smaller sections, with each team mastering its own part of the composition. With every repetition, confidence grows, focus sharpens and the individual parts gradually begin to come together.
The experience culminates in a memorable final performance, when the entire group joins forces to create something none of the participants would have imagined possible at the start. More than a musical achievement, it is a powerful demonstration of what a team can accomplish when everyone listens, contributes and works towards the same goal.
