Intertwined with flowering meadows and verdant forests, and removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the Logar Valley is also a culinary inspiration. It is thus no wonder that our chefs have managed to incorporate pristine natural flavours on every plate.

The chefs at Plesnik Hotel use local and organic food from the surrounding high mountain farms.
All dishes are prepared with care and devotion. They aim to avoid artificial additives bringing the flavours even closer to nature and evoking a feeling of homeliness in the taste buds.
Guests can enjoy an organic breakfast, a light lunch (already included in the half-board price) and a superb four-course dinner.
For breakfast, you can choose from a rich buffet with organic products from local farms. Cured meats, jams, apple and elderflower juice are produced in-house, at Plesnik Hotel.
Between noon and 3pm, salads and soups are available for light snacks during the day, and at the Alpine Eco Wellness and Spa, water, fresh apples and tea are always available.

In the evening, between 6 pm and 9 pm, our chefs will take you a unique local culinary experience with a greeting from the kitchen and a four-course meal. You can choose from meat, local, vegetarian or vegan specialities.
Guests who do not have a half-board can still opt for dinner, but they must book in advance (by phone or email). The price is € 60.

Apart from the main dining area in the restaurant, which features a large fireplace that brings warmth and tranquillity to the long winter evenings, there is also the Hunting Room, characterized by a distinctly alpine style, which proudly showcases local traditions. An add-on is a breathtakingly beautiful view from the window, which stretches all the way to the mighty alpine peaks.
Guests can also enjoy the hotel's terrace, which offers beautiful views on a sunny day, whatever the season, and many opportunities to relax. Treat yourself to a good coffee, enjoy fine cuisine and catch some sun.
As part of the Ayurvedic package, our chefs will prepare a tailor-made menu for you, depending on your physical constitution and state of health. This will be determined after an initial consultation with an Ayurvedic specialist.
