A Season of Joy at Hotel Plesnik
If you are seeking an authentic festive atmosphere, exceptional cuisine and inspired winter experiences, we invite you to Hotel Plesnik, where a rich holiday programme unfolds from 6 December 2025 to 4 January 2026. You can enjoy exciting culinary workshops, musical and film evenings, and a range of relaxing activities. Evening torchlight walks, stargazing with a telescope and – when snow allows – cross-country skiing and sledding add a touch of winter magic to the valley.
At the heart of the celebrations is our elevated culinary offering: you’ll be able to try your hand at baking traditional potica, savour a festive Christmas dinner and Christmas brunch, and explore imaginative food-and-wine pairings. A highlight of the programme will be a special New Year’s Eve dinner workshop led by chef Janez Bratovž.
For lovers of culture and heritage, the youth musical Heidi – a story of genuine relationships and the healing power of nature – will be screened on several dates. Throughout the Christmas – New Year period, you’ll also have the opportunity to watch a film about the Plesnik family and the Logar Valley, created to mark the hotel’s 30th anniversary and 150 years of tourism in this remarkable alpine setting.
