Guided by acclaimed herbalist Amanda Kladnik of Babave, you wander through surrounding meadows and the hotel’s herb garden, discovering plants through touch, scent and taste while learning about their healing properties. Here, nature is not a backdrop, but a living tradition.
The freshly gathered herbs are then transformed into a delicate herb spread made from cottage cheese sourced from Strmčnik Farm or Matk Farm, served on warm homemade flatbread and paired with carefully selected local drinks. Simple ingredients come together in a vibrant expression of place – pure, seasonal and deeply authentic.
