The program consists of three phases:
- Preparatory phase
- Cleansing phase (Panchakarma)
- Rejuvenation phase
Preparatory phase
In Ayurveda, this phase is known as Purva Karma and represents a crucial introductory step before the main Panchakarma procedures. It is designed to relax the body and mobilize Ama (toxins) and imbalanced doshas from deeper tissues, preparing the body for effective detoxification.
Cleansing phase (Panchakarma)
In Ayurveda, this phase is known as Pradhan Karma. It involves deep cleansing of the body and the removal of Ama (toxins). During this phase, specific Panchakarma procedures are selected according to the individual’s unique dosha imbalance and health needs.
Rejuvenation phase
This post-procedure phase, called Paschat Karma in Ayurveda, focuses on rejuvenating the body and
mind after the detoxification process. Its goal is to nourish the body, stimulate proper digestion, and allow
the body to fully integrate the benefits of detoxification.
