5 – 9 August 2026
The valley of Logarska Dolina is the perfect place to treat yourself to a relaxed Yoga and meditation time out. A bright Yoga space next to the waterfall, meditation platforms with views of the Alps, an eco wellness spa with Ayurvedic treatments and sustainable local food provide you with all you need to unwind to your heart’s content here at Hotel Plesnik.
What to expect
Ease into each morning with a guided meditation, allowing breath and awareness to gently awaken body and mind. In the following yoga session, you’ll move with intention — synchronising breath and flow, exploring new dimensions of strength, mobility and balance, and reconnecting with your body in a conscious, energising way.
The day then unfolds at your own rhythm. Enjoy precious time for yourself — whether hiking through alpine landscapes, cycling along scenic valley routes, or unwinding in the eco wellness spa with sweeping views of the Slovenian Alps. For those eager to venture further, the nearby national park offers an inspiring variety of trails, traditional mountain huts and breathtaking panoramic paths.
As evening approaches, Slow Yoga invites you to soften and release.
This retreat welcomes all levels. Whether you are new to yoga and wish to build a solid foundation, or an experienced practitioner seeking to refine and personalise your practice, you’ll find space to grow.

ABOUT YOGA TEACHER, ANJA JETTER
Anja discovered the transformative power of Yoga during her years living in Asia, where the practice became far more than physical exercise – It became a steady anchor for both body and mind. While building a demanding career in international sales management, Yoga offered balance amidst extensive travel, long working hours and constant performance pressure. After more than a decade of dedicated practice alongside her corporate career, Anja chose to follow her passion and retrain as a certified Yoga and meditation teacher.
Now based in Germany, she works with companies and private clients, helping them integrate Yoga, meditation and breathwork into corporate well-being programmes and everyday routines. Her teaching style is thoughtful yet dynamic, creative yet grounded. Blending elements of Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Slow Yoga, she guides students to cultivate strength and fluidity while discovering moments of stillness through conscious breath and movement.
With her vibrant energy, authenticity and natural sense of humour, Anja creates an atmosphere that feels both inspiring and accessible — encouraging you to explore Yoga and meditation in a way that resonates personally and sustainably.
